Bequests A bequest is a lifetime gift made through a will or beneficiary designation on a life insurance policy, investment or retirement account policy. When establishing your will, please consider bequesting to Villa Chardonnay Horse Sanctuary.

Charitable Remainder Trust

A charitable remainder trust is another way to donate and it may have substantial tax benefits to assist in avoiding capital gains tax on the donated assets. There are also additional estate tax advantages.  Please speak to you financial advisor for further information.
